How the guarantee works

Your purchase is covered for 14 calendar days from the date of payment. If you request a refund within that window, we will approve a full refund of the price you paid for that product.

How to request a refund

Email support@learntriplenet.com from the address you used to buy, and include your order number or the receipt you received at purchase. A request sent within 14 days of purchase qualifies, even if it takes us a short time to reply.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Once a refund is approved, Lemon Squeezy returns the funds to your original payment method. It can take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Any sales tax or VAT collected is returned together with your purchase.

After the 14 days

After the 14-day window, purchases are generally non-refundable, because the Materials are digital and delivered in full at the time of purchase. If something has gone wrong with your access or a file, contact us and we will make it right.

Billing questions and chargebacks

If you see a charge you do not recognize, it may appear under a Lemon Squeezy descriptor, since they are our merchant of record. Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute, as we can usually resolve billing issues quickly and directly.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or state. This guarantee is offered in addition to those rights.
